I’m planning to upgrade to Verizon FIOS TV and currently have DSL for my internet through Verizon. DSL is cheaper than FIOS and fast enough for me, so I’d rather get FIOS TV and stick with DSL internet. But it looks like to get FIOS TV Verizon would replace my existing phone interface on the outside of my house and I’m thinking that means I would have to use FIOS internet as well. Does anyone know if this is right or if I’d be able to keep plain DSL after upgrading to FIOS TV? I’d call Verizon, but they are closed for the weekend now.
