I Don’t Have Aol Anymore But Whenever I Need Help From Verizon Dsl The Aol Sign In Screen Pops Up, What Do I D
Monday, January 11th, 2010Blank Closed Caption Box Blocking My Tv Screen. Can’t Figure Out How To Get Rid Of It! ?
Sunday, September 6th, 2009I have a Daewoo tv, and I have this black box on my screen that won’t go away unless I press a button but will come back two seconds later. I read on another site that this resulted from having the text from the closed caption turned on. (I have Verizon Fios and a Motorola top box converter) I have no unearthly idea how I turned the closed caption on; I must have hit a button by accident. I have looked at other sites with the same problem, and they all said to go to the menu section, then go to the accessibility section of the menu. Well, I did go to the menu, but I don’t have an accessibility section in my menu. So, I’m sort of stuck on what to do to get this black box off of my screen. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
A Box That Says “ok” Is Stuck On My Tv Screen.?
Friday, July 31st, 2009I have Verizon FiOS.
For whatever reason, a box that has nothing, just says “ok” is stuck on my TV.
I’ve tried turning off my tv, ive tried turning off the satellite box, it just keeps showing up. The remote has no effect on it. For whatever reason, If I go to “Video On Demand” it goes away, but any other channel it pops right back up.
Does anyone know why? I find it particularly obnoxious.

I Just Got An Hd Tv But For Some Reason The Hd Channels Do Not Fit The Full Screen. I Have Verizon Fios?
Friday, June 26th, 2009You have it in stretch or zoom. They should only be used when you are watching SDTV or normal tv not HD. HD doesn’t need to be stretched or zoomed because its the full screen. Also, if you set it to auto DVI it should do it for you.

Why Does Verizon Fios Motorola Hd-dvr 7216 Result In A Blank Green Screen After 20 Seconds With Sharp 1080 Tv?
Thursday, June 18th, 2009I got FiOS installed today to finally replace cable. My older Cable box never gave me any ‘compatibility’ problems with my Sharp 46-inch 1080p HD TV (less than 1 year old). All of the sudden, FiOS comes in & hooks up their new Motorola High-Definition Home Media DVR Main box Model # 7216 via an HDMI cable, just like I used before.
Initially, the picture is fine. After about 20 seconds or so, the audio remains, but all that can be seen is a full green screen. The green remains with the cable box on or off, and nothing seems to get it back to the video besides using component cables instead of HDMI.
I called Verizon immediately to get some resolution for this. I was shocked when they openly admit that this is a known issue that they haven’t fixed in nearly 8 months.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Even better, has anyone experienced & fixed it while continuing to use HDMI vs. the six component cables?
On Verizon Fios Tv A Block With “ok” Won’t Disappear From The Screen. What Should I Do?
Sunday, April 26th, 2009Try unplugging the stb for a few minutes. Replug it and it will reboot for a few minutes, when it’s all done the time will reappear. Turn it on and see if it’s gone. If not, call FIOS and ask them.
